Swedish library technology provider network

The National Library of Sweden is initiating a library technology provider network with recurring meetings.

Objectives of the network

The National Library of Sweden wants to improve communication with library technology providers active on the Swedish library system market. The initiative will focus on questions in relation to the infrastructure built around the Swedish union catalogue Libris and other related national services. We wish to establish an arena where technology providers can discuss current issues beyond company borders to find general solutions, or to raise questions directly with the National Library of Sweden.

Who can participate?

Representatives of all library technology providers who currently have clients participating in the Libris collaboration are welcome to join the network.

Meetings

The network meetings will take place at least once a year, and will predominately be held online.
